EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
For purchases made on our site, your doubts will be dealt directly with our Relationship Center through the email [email protected].
Repentance or Withdrawal
To return a product for repentance or withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:
• The deadline for withdrawal of the purchase of the product is up to 07 (seven) calendar days, from the date of receipt of the product. The product must be returned in its original packaging within this period, without any indication of use and accompanied by the Nota Fiscal.
• All conditions being met, Rosa Catarina will refund the full amount of your order, including the amount paid as freight, under the same conditions as the purchase was made.
• The return must be made via PAC. If sent via SEDEX, the value returned will be only the simulated PAC value. This value can be consulted on the Post Office website.
• In the case of exchange for another piece, the freight will be at the customer's expense.
Return of Product with Defect or Fault
In cases where manufacturing defects or defects in our products are found, the Consumer may request the exchange of the product or the cancellation of the purchase within the warranty period of 90 (ninety) days, counted from the Issue of the Invoice. In the event of cancellation request, the Consumer may choose to receive the full refund of the amounts paid or to keep a credit to be used in future purchases.
To request a return, the Consumer should contact our Customer Service Center - by e-mail - and explain the occurrence together with the product photo. Rosa Catarina reserves the right to deny the return of the product, if it is verified by the technical area one of the situations not covered by the guarantee, which are listed on the "Product Warranty Term" page.
The analysis may take up to 7 (seven) business days. If, after the analysis, the defect is detected, Rosa Catarina undertakes to exchange the product within the period of 30 days counted from the receipt of the part. (In accordance with article 18 of the Consumer Defense Code).
